John Valente has been a Maryland resident since 1977. John attended high school in Columbia, MD and went on to obtain a BA from the University of MD, College Park.
Since 2001, John has been providing home financing for purchase buyers and refinance customers in Maryland and Pennsylvania.   He has a thorough knowledge of many lending products to include USDA, VA, FHA, Conventional Conforming, Jumbo/Non-Conforming and many down payment assistance programs.   John has many repeat clients due to his special care for each customer.
